Since 1935, our family has been dedicated to cultivating coffee on our family-owned farm nestled in Minas Gerais, Brazil, a region renowned not only in Brazil but also globally for its coffee. My father continues to tend to the farm, while we now transport the beans to Edwardsville, Illinois, for roasting and packaging. Excitingly, my son is currently undergoing training to become the next generation of roasters in our family.
